 • A small towel for sweat
Do I need prior experience in yoga or Pilates?
 No experience is required. Classes are designed for all levels, and modifications are always offered.

 • Standard Rate: $105 for a 1-hour session
 • Private Group Rate: $140 for a 1-hour session
 • Package Rate: $605 for six 1-hour semi-private sessions (Save $50)
 • One-on-One Session: $75 for a 1-hour session
 • Yoga Sculpt Classes (Group Drop-In): $20/class
Pilates:
 • Mat Pilates (Private One-on-One): $85/session (1 hour)
 • No packages available for Mat Pilates one-on-one sessions
 • Reformer Pilates:
 • 5 Sessions (1 Hour Each): $360
 • 10 Sessions (1 Hour Each): $680
 • 20 Sessions (1 Hour Each): $1,285
• All sessions, regardless of type (Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Mat or Reformer Pilates), are 1 hour in length.
