Yoga

  • Semi-Private Yoga Sessions (2–6 People)

  • Standard Rate: $105 (1 hour)

  • Private Group Rate: $140 (1 hour)

  • Package Rate: $605 for six 1-hour sessions

  • One-on-One Yoga: $75 (1 hour)

  • Yoga Sculpt (Group Drop-In): $20/class

  • Mat Pilates (Private One-on-One): $85/session (1 hour)

  • Reformer Pilates

  • 5 Sessions: $360

  • 10 Sessions: $680

  • 20 Sessions: $1,285

All sessions are 1 hour in length.

Can I attend To Serve Yoga and Pilates Wellness classes while pregnant?

Please consult your physician before participating in any workouts during pregnancy.

How often should I work out?

Everyone is different, but for optimal results, we recommend 3–4 sessions per week.

What should I wear to To Serve Yoga and Pilates Wellness classes?

Wear supportive, comfortable workout clothes. Sneakers or grip socks are recommended, depending on the class format.

What should I keep in mind before class?

• Avoid eating at least two hours before yoga

Wear clothes that allow free movement.

• Watch any preparatory videos, if available

• Most importantly, listen to your body, breathe deeply, and have fun.

Yoga is a powerful way to connect with yourself physically and mentally.
