Can I attend To Serve Yoga and Pilates Wellness classes while pregnant?
Please consult your physician before participating in any workouts during pregnancy.
How often should I work out?
Everyone is different, but for optimal results, we recommend 3–4 sessions per week.
What should I wear to To Serve Yoga and Pilates Wellness classes?
Wear supportive, comfortable workout clothes. Sneakers or grip socks are recommended, depending on the class format.
What should I keep in mind before class?
• Avoid eating at least two hours before yoga
Wear clothes that allow free movement.
• Watch any preparatory videos, if available
• Most importantly, listen to your body, breathe deeply, and have fun.
Yoga is a powerful way to connect with yourself physically and mentally.
